World Wildlife Fund International is collaborating with the World Wildife Fund to apply TerrAdapt to the Dawna Tenasserim Landscape (DTL) which straddles eastern Myanmar and western Thailand. The DTL has some of the largest remaining areas of contiguous tropical moist and deciduous forests in Southeast Asia.

In addition to monitoring landscape change, projecting future climate impacts, and prioritizing areas of implementation, TerrAdapt:DTL will include a new forest biomass carbon module that will help approximate regional above-ground forest biomass carbon density. This will help regional managers to include carbon considerations in forest management.
